Fees
From the 1st April 2023
£5.10 per hour 3 and 4 year olds
£5.90 per hour 2 year olds (rate changes on 3rd birthday)
Voluntary Fruit donation - We do appreciate help with providing a healthy snack so welcome donations of fruit each week if your child would like to bring something in to share with their friends or if you would prefer you can opt in to a 50p per week donation that can be added to your monthly invoice
An invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each month, this can be paid in full or weekly. Fees are also payable during absence and holidays. A prompt payment is appreciated, each child's attendance is conditional on continued payment of any necessary fees and/or Government Funding.
We accept cash or bank transfer for payment of fees. We also accept childcare vouchers from a range of companies. We are also registered to receive payment through the Government tax free childcare scheme.
Funding
Government Funding is accepted at the setting. The funding can be used for any hours booked at playgroup up to 15hrs or 30 hrs if eligible. If you choose to book hours over your funded hours they will be charged at the rates above. All funding is for 38 weeks

All children are entitled to 15hrs of funded hours per week for 38 weeks from the term after their 3rd birthday.

Funded childcare for eligible working families - For children aged 9 months to 4 years. Codes must be applied for before the start of the term that you want to start using it and must be reconfirmed every 3 months. From September 2025, 15 hours for eligible working families will expand to 30 hours per week for 38 weeks, meaning eligible working parents can now apply for 30 hours of childcare from the term after their child turns 9 months until they reach school age. If you currently receive 15 hours for working families, just reconfirm as usual and the code will work for the 30 hours offer in September, providing you remain eligible.

Some families may qualify for 15 hours early learning for 2yr olds in England if they are receiving some additional forms of support
For Grant purposes the terms are as follows
Autumn Term
1st September - 31st December
14 weeks of Funding
Spring Term
1st January - 31st March
11 weeks of funding
Summer Term
1st April - 31st July
13 weeks of funding
